Planned a successful execution of JAMES A LOVELL Health Care Center Project’s Phase III Initiative.                 This included a $130 million DoD construction project to build a new 201,000-square-foot (18,700 m2) ambulatory care center next to the North Chicago VAMC, renovation of more than 45,000 square feet       (4,200 m2) of existing space, a new parking garage and surface parking area and Integration of the First DOD/VA Federal Healthcare Record.                                                                                                                                               

Results:   This phase was successfully completed on time and within budget. Received honorable mentions from the White House.

 

GEOLOGICS CORP/RAYTHEON MISSION SYSTEMS (AZ), Planner Scheduler, 11/2008 to 02/2009

Effectively planned the pioneering of the nation’s early kinetic warhead development provided by Raytheon.  Ensured planned test objectives were achieved.                                                                                                          

Results:   Evolved the way kill vehicles are produced, tested, deployed, and ultimately how they perform to defend the United States and its allies. During the test, the MKV-L's propulsion system demonstrated maneuverability while tracking a target. Test was completed on time and within budget.

 

RED RIVER TECHNOLOGY- EDS -BANK OF AMERICA (TX), Project Manager, 08/2007 to 11/2008

Improved Bank of America’s communication systems, by successfully deploying VOIP hardware and software dedicated to handling voice traffic. Providing training to 15,000 of calling Enterprise calling features.

Results:   This project was successfully completed on time and within budget.

 

NORTHROP GRUMMAN MISSION SYSTEMS (VA), SR. MASTER SCHEDULER, 04/2007 to 05/2008

Effectively planned the requirements gathering and design workshops needed to help units anticipate, allocate and synchronize the movement of vital supplies and equipment to combat theaters.

Results:   GCSS ARMY FT is one of the largest enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations in the Defense Department, with an expected 160,000 users. GCSS-Army uses SAP software, a commercial ERP system; it replaces a variety of Army information management and logistics systems.
